We will aim to ship all items 5-8 days from your purchase date. Once the item has been shipped we will send out tracking numbers which you can track through your account. If you do not have an account you will be redirected to DHL.com/tracking.
If you wish to exchange return an item, you have 14 days to notify Sanne at returns@sannelondon.com. Please refer to our T &C’s regarding returns here.
